I did not even look up a recipe. I just made up my own crawfish etoufee. Sorry if I offend any experts out there. But, it truly was deeeeelissssh.
I sauteed in butter
bell pepper
onion
added leftover crawfish tails
added a can of stewed tomatoes
sprinkled with Tony's Creole Seasoning
....simmered and enjoyed the aroma
spooned over rice and enjoyed every bite.
It does sound delicious!! Since my son goes to school in MS, he introduced me to Tony's Creole Seasoning......it is good stuff!
