I did not even look up a recipe. I just made up my own crawfish etoufee. Sorry if I offend any experts out there. But, it truly was deeeeelissssh.
I sauteed in butter
added leftover crawfish tails
added a can of stewed tomatoes
sprinkled with Tony's Creole Seasoning
....simmered and enjoyed the aroma
spooned over rice and enjoyed every bite.
