Monogram madness

I'm done for a while with this little craft project, but you can just get started.
Here is what came in the mail today .... Vinyl letters

Michelle from Impressions in Vinyl sent these to me.  The envelopes I have gotten from her all had a little lagniappe vinyl tucked in with all the goodies.  Winter I got a snowflake and this one I got a tiny bird house vinyl.   Thanks Michelle, for the little something extra.

Here is the how to...

Step one.... pick your item

Step two.... don't do this you peel back the hard backing.  The letters will stick to either, you want them on the light paper side.  Then center them exactly where you want them to go, no going back if you are off center.

You rub with the stick that Michelle includes with your vinyls.  Get air bubbles out and peel off paper.

VOILA!! Tadaaa!

Wow, I am impressed with myself!  Pat self on back and ...

Then go crazy...

on buckets, won't this be fun at the holidays.  Any red holiday will do.  July 4th look out!  Let's fill it with some cool slices of watermelon!

On Lynn's watering can..

All took about 15 minutes to complete and I am enjoying them already!
Platter is plastic, clearance at Walmart $3.00
Bucket from Round top flea market, $5.00, but free beer and margarita's at this booth, so the bucket came with a margarita!  Real deal.
Watering Can Tuesday Morning, $4.00

I really am impressed! (with vinyl impressions and me) if I do say so myself!

  30. What a clever and creative tutorial stop on our little journey through Alphabe-Thursday's Letter "V"!

I enjoyed watching the step-by-steps of this process. I think I might even be able to accomplish it.

The red pail is very, very charming.

    And so was your link!
