Found on Pinterest and made for a super bowl party.
Five ingredients ~ black beans, tomato, green onion, feta cheese, lemon juice.
One pint of cherry tomatoes, cut in half, and roast in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
Drain and rinse two cans of black beans
Chop half a bunch of onions
Sprinkle in feta cheese to your taste level
Squeeze with juice of one lemon and I sprinkled some garlic salt for taste.
Toss all together, refrigerate or serve at room temp.
Everyone loved it. Even my 23 year old.
