My car stopped at a Goodwill store today, she turned left and parked, so I had to get out.  It just happens you know.

.99 cent day, all three purchases $3.00.

Love the little green urn, I can't wait to fill with flowers.  The pedestal will get painted and hold a cloche or candle.  The beauty is in the back, she is iron and probably a wine holder. 

My blue Ball jar fits perfectly.

Lynley and I use straws all the time.  This is now our updated holder.

You know you want one too, so get your car to stop at your Goodwill store.  But I hear they are one of kind finds, but goodwill luck hunting.

Kitchen fall shelf tops

I removed some whites and added some terra-cotta and sunflowers.  I also created a wreath from twig scraps I gathered from around the yard.  

Summer gone, fall has arrived in the kitchen anyway.

Twig wreath project

Step one hot glue a base, then layer small twigs.
Step two, finish and hang with ribbon.  (Got carried away and forgot to take during pictures)

Fall Round Top Market!

A bunch of us will be going the end of this month.  I will bring back goodies for me and pictures for you.  Just to make you really jealous here are some pictures from the spring market.  This show only happens twice a year!
